Throughout the exhibition, Renxin Thermal presented a wide range of advanced thermal management solutions for high-performance electronic systems, including custom heatsinks, skived fin heatsinks, liquid cold plates, heat pipe assemblies, vapor chamber cooling solutions, CNC-machined thermal components, thermal interface materials, and precision cooling parts for demanding industrial applications
The exhibition provided an excellent opportunity for face-to-face communication with customers and technical teams. Many visitors came to our booth to discuss thermal challenges related to data centers, AI servers, telecommunications equipment, power electronics, EV charging systems, energy storage systems, industrial automation, and medical devices.
